The Firm
A firm gets built when somebody finally answers the question nobody else wanted.
Elevation started with a problem Christopher kept meeting inside the bank: physicians and business owners whose practices were busy, profitable on paper, and still short of cash at the end of the month. A bank is built to price that risk, not to fix it. In 2019 he and Aleyda founded Elevation to fix it. A few years later, Christopher stepped back into banking and Aleyda, who had built and run businesses of her own for many years, took the helm as President.
Today she closes the books, manages the revenue cycle, and tells owners plainly what the numbers say — usually the part they needed and rarely the part they expected. The firm is deliberately small.
